At BookBajar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund as per the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Products that are damaged during transit, defective, or incorrect (wrong item shipped) are eligible for immediate return or replacement at no additional cost.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" on the product page
  • Perishable goods and consumables
  • Intimate or personal hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized items (unless defective)
  • Products with broken or missing seals/security tags

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team via email at info@bookbajar.in or WhatsApp at +91 9557 556 855 within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with approval or further instructions.
  4. Once approved, ship the product back using the return instructions provided. For defective/damaged items, we will arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet).
  • For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank account details.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Shipping Charges for Returns

  • Defective / Damaged / Wrong Items: Return shipping is free. We bear all return costs.
  • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or if items are missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
